Registration and Appointments

 

To register at the Surgery, a patient must live within our practice boundary (see map). All that you need to do is come into the Surgery and a receptionist will give you a form to fill in.

All patients are registered with the Surgery not with individual Doctors. Each patient can still see a preferred Doctor, though this may not be the earliest appointment available.

 

A routine appointment can be made by telephoning or calling at the Surgery. Normally you will be offered an appointment on the same day.
